Tuskegee National Forest Small.jpg

There are two mountain bike trails in Tuskegee National Forest.  South of US Highway 80 is the Pleasant Hill Trail, and north of US Highway 80 is Bartram Trail.  To get to Bartram Trail from Auburn take US Highway 29 South.  When you see the sign for the Little Texas Volunteer Fire Department look to the right and you will see the parking area for Bartram Trail.  To get to the Pleasant Hill Trail go out Wire Road.  After leaving Auburn it will cross I-85 and turn into Alabama Highway 180/US Highway 80.  Turn right onto National Forest Road 900 and you will find the parking for the trail.  For those who want to ride both trails the end of Bartram Trail and the start of the Pleasant Hill Trail are just about across the street (Alabama Highway 180/US Highway 80) from each other.
